Co-living is a modern form of housing that has gained popularity in recent years, especially among students.
The Kodeljevo Co-living Student House was fully renovated before the start of the 2019/20 academic year. It is located in a peaceful and well-kept neighborhood near universities and not far from the city center. The students live together in 17 single and 7 double rooms.
Each room is fully equipped and has a small refrigerator. Convenient kitchens for basic meals are located in the attic and basement. The restrooms are spread throughout the house. The house offers a total of 6 washbasins, 6 showers, and 6 toilets. Separate lockers for changing into slippers are located on the staircase, and there is also a utility room in the basement with a washing machine and dryer. The entrance and staircase are monitored by video surveillance 24/7 for security.
The immediate surroundings also include a bus stop, grocery store, and Kodeljevo sports park, in short, everything for a comfortable and high-quality student life.
